LiveChatDashboard（以下「本アプリ」）が扱う情報と、その使い方を説明します。

1. YouTube API Services の利用

本アプリは YouTube API Services を使用して、公開されているライブ配信のチャットを取得します。YouTube API Services を通じて取得する情報には、Google のプライバシーポリシー（https://www.google.com/policies/privacy）も適用されます。

2. 本アプリが扱う情報

本アプリは、利用者の Google アカウントへのログインや、利用者の YouTube アカウントのデータ（Authorized Data）へのアクセスは行いません。

3. 保存

API キーは、お使いの端末（Mac・iPad）の Keychain にだけ保存します。
チャットと分類結果は、「配信中のチャットを記録する」がオンのとき（初期設定はオン）、お使いの端末の中に配信ごとに保存します。記録は自動では削除しません。不要になった記録は「過去の配信」から削除してください。記録は設定でオフにもできます。記録を書き出した場合、書き出したファイルは利用者が管理します。
記録をオフにしている場合、チャットはメモリ上でのみ扱い、本アプリを閉じると消えます。
非表示にしたユーザーの一覧（チャンネル ID・表示名・登録日）と、利用者が登録したカスタム絵文字の画像は、お使いの端末の中に保存します。
本アプリは、これらの情報をお使いの端末の外（提供者のサーバーなど）へ保存・送信しません。ただし、次の「4. 第三者への送信」を除きます。

4. 第三者への送信

チャットの分類に外部の分類器を選んだ場合、チャットの本文と、利用者が入力したゲーム名を、分類のために次の事業者へ送信します。投稿者の表示名・チャンネル ID は送信しません。

送信した情報の扱いは、各事業者のポリシーに従います。外部への送信を避けたい場合は、分類器に「ルール（外部送信なし）」を選んでください。

5. 使わないもの

本アプリは、利用状況の解析（アナリティクス）、広告、Cookie およびそれに類する技術を使いません。第三者がコンテンツや広告を表示することもありません。

サブスクの購入・更新・解約は Apple（App Store）が扱います。本アプリは、支払いの情報を受け取らず、どこにも送信しません（購入の有無は、端末の中で App Store の情報から確かめます）。

6. 削除の方法

記録したチャット: サイドバーの「過去の配信」で右クリック（iPad は長押し）して削除（自動では削除しません）
非表示にしたユーザー: 設定の「表示」で解除 / カスタム絵文字: 設定の「カスタム絵文字」で削除
API キー: 設定画面で入力欄を空にして保存
すべての情報: 本アプリを削除（iPad はこれですべて消えます。Mac はあわせて ~/Library/Containers/dev.foo.LiveChatDashboard を削除）

本アプリが記録を削除しても、YouTube 上のチャットには影響しません。YouTube 上のデータの削除は、YouTube の機能で行ってください。

Google アカウントの連携を使った場合のアクセスの取り消しは、Google のセキュリティ設定（https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions）から行えます（本アプリは現在、Google アカウントの連携を使いません）。

7. このポリシーの変更

情報の扱いを変える場合は、このポリシーを改定し、本アプリ内で改めて同意をお願いします。

1. Use of YouTube API Services

LiveChatDashboard (the "App") uses YouTube API Services to retrieve the chat of public live streams. Information obtained through YouTube API Services is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy (https://www.google.com/policies/privacy).

2. Information the App handles

Chat of public live streams (author display name, channel ID, message, time, Super Chat amount, membership information, etc.) — from YouTube API Services; shown on screen, sorted by type, and recorded when recording is on
Stream information (video ID, title, start time, concurrent viewers) — from YouTube API Services; shown on screen and used for links to the archived video
Your API keys (YouTube Data API, external classification services) — entered by you; used to connect to each service
Settings (windows, classifier, channels) — set by you; used for the App's behavior

The App does not sign in to your Google account and does not access your YouTube account data (Authorized Data).

3. Storage

API keys are stored only in the Keychain of your device (Mac / iPad).
Chat and classification results are stored on your device, per stream, while "Record chat during live streams" is on (on by default). Records are not deleted automatically; delete them from "Past streams". You can turn recording off in Settings. Exported files are managed by you.
When recording is off, chat is kept only in memory and disappears when you close the App.
The list of hidden users (channel ID, display name, date added) and custom emoji images you register are stored on your device.
The App does not store or send this information outside your device (such as to the developer's servers), except as described in section 4.

4. Sending to third parties

If you choose an external classifier, the chat message text and the game name you entered are sent to the following providers for classification. Author display names and channel IDs are not sent.

Jev (TypeSafe direct): TypeSafe AI — privacy policy
Jev (Vercel AI Gateway): Vercel and TypeSafe AI — privacy policy
Jev (Cloudflare Workers AI): Cloudflare and TypeSafe AI — privacy policy
Rules (no external sending): nothing is sent

Information sent is handled under each provider's policy. To avoid sending anything, choose "Rules (no external sending)" as the classifier.

5. What the App does not use

The App does not use analytics, advertising, cookies, or similar technologies. No third party displays content or ads in the App.

Subscription purchases, renewals and cancellations are handled by Apple (App Store). The App does not receive or send any payment information; it checks your purchase status on the device from App Store information.

6. How to delete

Recorded chat: right-click (long-press on iPad) the stream in "Past streams" and delete
Hidden users: remove in Settings → Display / Custom emoji: delete in Settings → Custom Emoji
API keys: clear the field in Settings and save
Everything: delete the App (on iPad this removes everything; on Mac also delete ~/Library/Containers/dev.foo.LiveChatDashboard)

Deleting records in the App does not affect chat on YouTube. To delete data on YouTube, use YouTube's features. If you have used Google account linking, you can revoke access from Google's security settings (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions); the App currently does not use Google account linking.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change how information is handled, we will revise this policy and ask for your consent again in the App.
